Teen Camp 2017

July 30-August 5, 2017   -  cost $275.00

For students entering grade 7 in September, through those completing grade 12 this year. We will have separate programs for Junior High and High School students.    

DUE TO THE LIMITED NUMBER OF SPOTS REMAINING, PLEASE CALL THE OFFICE TO SEE IF THERE IS ANY SPACE AVAILABLE FOR YOUR YOUNG PERSON.

Register with only a $50.00 non-refundable deposit to hold your spot (online or print and mail in).

  • Camper registration/check-in is on Sunday at 3pm
  • Camper pick-up is on Saturday at 10am

ONLINE REGISTRATION - Register your camper online! You have a few different options:

  • Register Only - This option requires you to mail in your deposit or full payment by USPS.
  • Deposit Only – Select this option to only Register and pay a non-refundable $50 deposit, to hold your child's spot at camp. You can still get the Early Bird Discount if the balance is Paid in Full by July 1, 2017; otherwise balance is due by Registration/check-in.
  • Full Payment – Select this option to Register and pay the Full amount for your child’s week of camp.

 **All credit card transactions will include a $5 processing fee.

A DOWNLOADABLE/PRINTABLE version of the REGISTRATION/HEALTH FORMS ARE AT THE BOTTOM OF THIS PAGE AS AN ATTACHMENT (just double click on the image to open).  These forms MUST be filled out for each camper that attends summer camp.  If you registered online, please print and complete the Health Form page.  Once it is filled out, please mail it to the camp or bring it with you on registration day.

VR DRESS STANDARD - Each camper and staff member is expected to abide by these guidelines while they are here at Victory Ranch.

Teen camp is an action packed week with late night recreation, crazy games and relays, horses, archery, tournaments, relaxing in the pool or playing a game of pool in the air conditioned recreation room while making new friends or hanging out with old ones. Last year this week almost sold out, so register early!

Other Information:

"Mail Time" is a daily highlight! Send letters with Campers name & Cabin c/o Victory Ranch. (We do not accept e-mails)

The Bunkhouse and Las Flores cabins provide comfortable sleeping arrangements. All dining, meeting and living facilities are cooled.

Medications must be given to the First Aide Director for dispensing and supervision.   Secondary medical insurance is provided, family insurance is primary.

Campership funds may be available for those who cannot attend without financial assistance. Contact your local GARBC pastor for application forms.

All Camp attire should be modest.  Boys' swimsuits should not be tight fitting and girls' swimsuits should cover the entire front midriff and should not be high-cut at the legs or low-cut in the front and back.  Shorts should have a 5 inch or longer inseam.   No bare midriffs, bra-less or strap-less tops; No mini skirts.  Please see Victory Ranch Dress Standards.

  • Money (for Ranch Store, Crafts, Horse rides, Balloon Grams)
  • Medications in their original containers.
  • Pillow/Bedding

  • Swimsuit (Modest 1 piece girls),

  • Nice clothes for evening chapel
  • Play clothes
  • Pair of jeans

PLEASE DO NOT BRING: Fireworks, tobacco, alcohol, drugs, weapons, playing cards, radios/CD players/MP3 players/Ipods, cell phones, magazines, or electronic games.

We ask that campers do not phone home or have parents call except for emergencies.

 

 

The Ranch reserves the right to send home at his/her own expense, and without refund, any camper who brings any of these prohibited items and/or is rebellious or disobedient.
